The Flame Alchemistby ~Galorfilinde

Digital Art / Vector / Fanart

My first vector image ^^ Completely created with Adobe Illustrator. It's Roy Mustang, the Flame Alchemist from Fullmetal Alchemist. Yeah, he doesn't really look like him, but it was so hard to make it! The pen tool is such a pain! Some shading thingies aren't really right, but I'm happy with the result. I don't feel like working on it anymore XD I had the most trouble with his neck and chest. Took me hours! I chose for an orange background, because it makes the image a little warmer. With the black hair and white/icey-blue short it looked so cold! And he is the Flame Alchemost, so I thought that didn't really fit with the character. Please share your opinions!

Not bad for a first time vector image, I think.
